Bottle. Cloudy yellow with huge white head. Nice banana and clove aroma with good maltiness. Good malty and moderate banana flavours, some citric notes, dry spiciness. Quite full-bodied. A great hefe weizen.

Bottle. Poured cloudy yellow color with a large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus, banana and clove aroma. Light body with a watery texture. Light sweet flavor with a light sour finish of short duration. My expectations were not met.

My 450th. Fitting in the summer to be a wheat beer. I was disapointed by this one though. It was not as good as the other German Hefe’s I’ve have recently. No head stayed after the pour. Faint wheat aroma. Also weak flavor of wheat citrus and yeast. I added alot of lemon to improve this. Then it was more refreshing.

Pours a totally opaque light yellow. A faint sour aroma and sour taste. No discernible spices - below par for a weizen.
