In the 0.5L bottle at Dundee Dell. Almost a brown yellow in color. Dense and cloudy. Weak head retention for a hefe. Aroma of grass, but not very overpowering. Mild esters. Mediocre hefe for Bavaria.

Organic yet delicious. Aroma was disappointing, but the flavor was good. Aftertaste was all orange juice. Decent hefe, but not something that will draw me back for more.

Sweet bubblegum and banana aroma with some grainy wheat notes. Cloudy golden color with a decent white head. Light crisp wheaty flavor. Very slight hint of clove and a light sweetness in the finsih. Rather bland, but at least it’s organic.

Bottle Pours a rather unattractive, strange cloudy light tan with a fizzy white head that quickly steeled into the thin matt of bubbles that were maintained. Sparce spotty lacing. Aroma is of sour apples, yeast and malt with no apreciable hops. Flavor is honey right up front. Yeast and light malt also. Thin but soft feel. Finish is light and slightly bitter. Alabasteris right. The guy IS creepy. A lightweght heffy that is unremarkable if not fairly pleasant and drinkable.

By appearance this looks like whole milk mixed in with apple juice, if you can imagine that, the dingy tones to it make it look a little bit more daunting than appetizing, fresh citrus and yeast aroma, tounge tingling citrus attack on the taste buds, not much to the flavor at all, slightly bitter finish, suprisingly watery mouthfeel (based on what it looked like I was expecting something more substantial), kind of a disapointment but not too bad, I place all of the blame on the creepy guy on the left side of the label.

Hazy pale yellow with a small head. Aroma from corn and grass with notes of perfume. Soapy flavor with perfume, watery finish.

Cloudy, dull yellow color, with a several-inch thick head, big and beauteous. Aroma is fruity and fresh. spicy, lemony. Smooth and quaffable to the extreme, with a texture far too delicate for my tastes. Warm and bright, sweet and yeasty. Flavor and body is just-so, and the lack of complexity is overcome by the supreme drinkability.
