Feb 15, 2004 An unclear orange beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is sweet and yeasty with notes of wheat. The flavor is very wheaty with notes of yeast, banana, and hops prickling the tongue. An OK wheat beer.

Oct 11, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden and very unclear with a nice, frothy, white head. Actually it looks a bit like a Belgian wit. Slightly perfumy with notes of citrus and a distinct acidity. I REALLY like these organic Germans. 190402

Aug 31, 2007 Botted at RBESG 07. Cloudy yellow. Papery malt aroma. Sweet and almost free of esters. There’s crackers, orange and vanilla, yet cardboard dominates. Low bitterness.

Sparkling hazy medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light yeasty, citrus acidic, light notes of banana. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081104]

Very cloudy yellow colour. Stable, creamy white head. Sweet/malty aroma, no banana. I cannot seem to trace any yeast flavour, but the wheat is in both flavour and mouthfeel. Could be more interesting though.
