Dark amber with an off-white head. Odd aroma of toasted caramel. Heavy sourness/tartness is the dominant flavor. Finishes thin and boring. Another organic beer scam.

Bottled Bomber. Big head. tan with darkish caramel brown color that is transparent. Aroma is big malty. Roasted notes of caramel. A smooth malty flavor, some light hop balance. Not al that much to think about, but very enjoyable.

Bottle @ Metro. 5.5%. Dark coloured pour with a bubbly white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is grainy, and sweet. Taste is moderately hopped and strong sweet malts, with a sweet kick on a fairly smooth finish. Delicious.

Bottle. Light aromas of dark bread, grass and dough for the malt hops and yeast, with hints of brown sugar and cola. Head is small, slightly off-white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is clear mahogany. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finishes moderately, lightly bitter and sour. Palate is light to medium, watery and has lively carbonation. A little blah and out of balance.

Bottled. Poured clear, deep coppery-brown with a short, loose-ish cap of white head. The aroma picked up brown sugar and caramel sweetness accented by hits of earth and iced tea.. dry impression and pleasant enough, but not enticing. The flavor found iced tea, caramel, and cola maltage at the core with toasty grains and a pinch of brown sugar on the back.. a little dry earth bitterness around. Lighter-bodied and dry overall on the palate, with more sweetness on the back-end.. warmth brought out some woody sourness.. just didn’t come together for me.

Pleasant bready malt-forward aroma with some notes of toffee and plums. Hazy amber-brown body is topped by a generous off white head that recedes to a lasting cover. Pleasant light malt sweetness with toasted and bread-like notes. Mild bitterness. Some cereal grains in the aftertaste. Medium light body with lightly pointy carbonation. Tulip glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle purchased at Brewery Creek in Jul-09.
