| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 15, 2009 Pours a clear medium orange/brown with a substantial slightly off-white head; coats the glass and sticks around. Almost no aroma - - maybe a little maple syrup and spice. Sweet maple and molassas toasted malt flavor, yet crisp clean and a little hoppy like you’d expect from a thirstquenching lager. Nothing fancy, but this is quite good. bu11zeye (5697), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 25, 2009 Brewed in Germany...... Pours a brownish / amber color with a nice foamy white head. Aroma of toffee and malty baby powder and some mild brown sugar. Taste of malts, bread, caramel and some grains. Mouthfeel is lite and easy to drink. Overall, I was very apprehensive in buying an organic beer, but i must say it was pretty good. afireinside96 (842), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2009 .5L bottle shared by BeerGestapo, thanks Mike. I don’t know why this is listed as a Vienna because it was clearly a Dunkel. We had the organic version. Pours clear brown with a quickly diminishing head. Smells of toffee, malty, and a hint of cocoa powder. The taste was malty, bready, toffee, and a touch of grass. Tasted much fresher than the typical German import. Enjoyable, would be great to find it on draft. heykevin (1269), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 23, 2009 Goregous clear medium copper color. Lightly stalish malt aroma, faint whiff of dusty hops. Medium to light bodied. Caramel toasty malts, background bitterness. Flavor is brighter and fresher than the aroma indicated. This is pretty solid stuff. Beerme (20), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 6, 2009 Bottle form The Beer Authority, pours a light, clear brown color with a nice head that dissapeared almost instantly. Very light body with a nutty malt flavor. Not very interesting, but not offensive either.
