Grainy, and good. Drinkable but not a spectacular creation. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 1, 2007 Very light clearish yellow with a good sized big white head. Smell is light malty graininess, almost a spiced essence and a touch metallic. Taste is a mix of a light maltiness and subtle yeastiness. Very similar to a lightly flavored Wit beer. Not bad at all, but then again, nothing spectacular. It is the first organic beer I’ve tried that didn’t taste strange in some way though. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 1, 2007 Bottle. Smells yeasty and not too appealing. Smells like run-of-the-mill average joe beer. Golden color with quick head - looks exactly like Bud Light - yummy. Tastes like a Wit beer, but underplayed. Light lemon hints in the flavor. Drinkable, but not preferred - doesn’t do a lot for me. Fairly carbonated and a bit watery. Leaves a sort of coating on the tongue - the aftertaste is not my favorite. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

clear yellow, lots of carbonation, frothy white head, beautiful lace, sweet malt aroma with soft floral hops, goxd body, surprisingly rich malt flavor, touch of sweetness, nice bitterness in the finish, a nice surprise from what originally appeared to be a fizzy yellow beer, and an grganic one at that

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 29, 2007 Poured a murky lemon-gold color with two fingers of pure white head. The nose was very musty and well complimented with some light floral hopping and a sugary orange sweetness. The orange flavor really took over at the taste. There was a hint of caramel in the malts but mostly the orange dominated. Pale malts surface twords the end before slowly fading into flowery notes and a subtle, malty sweet finish. This isn’t a bad Alt. However, it’s not very tippical of the style. Drinkability is high and would be at it’s best served on a hot day. troopie (890), USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 26, 2007 Demi litre bottle. Poured golden yellow with white head. Aroma of cloves, honey, bananas and flowers. Thin body, with some honey and a bit of malt. Flat finish with zest and hops. This is an okay beer, but disappointing. tronraner (1933), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2007 500 mL bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with big white head. The aroma is sweet honey, flowers, zest, and syrup. The flavor is sticky and sweet at first with a fruity twang to it. Smooth and bready. JoeMcPhee (5010), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2007 500 ml bottle. Hazy yellow/golden colour. Aroma is of fresh baked bread and a very light sulfurous character. Floral hop aroma as well. Quite clean and fresh. Not a lot in the way of esters or fruit, but the malts and hops are well integrated. It’s simple but it’s nice and refreshing.
