Mild buttery malt, a touch of grassy hops and notes of metal. Medium bitterness with some herbal spices. A gentle well drinkable ale.

Jan 20, 2007 Pours light golden with a big wispy off-white effervescent body. Aroma of tart malt, biscuit malt, hay, and grassy, herbal hops. Taste is lightly sweet, bready, sticky, with notes of husky lager yeast yeast. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with slight decoction stickiness and lush carbonation. An enjoyable ale, although it might fool you, this beer has the taste and appearance of a lager.
