crispy malt aroma. a large creamy white head creates a dome shape on top of a clear honey colored beer. sweet honeyish malts and a crisp hop finish make this a very fine golden ale.

Hazy gold color, poured abit flat,abit of fruit, quite malty, not a favorite of mine, but a solid brew. Thanks to Yogi_Beera for this one.

Hazy golden color. Large fluffy, head. Laced the glass all the way down. Tart, and fruity. Taty and drinkable

500ml bottle poured a hazy yellow with a large, lasting white head. Aromas of sour grain, some sweetness and citrus notes. Palate waslight bodied and smooth. Flavors of sweet malt, citrus, and a bit of banana with a smooth, bittersweet finish.

Hazy pale gold/dark yellow. Frothy, white head. Aroma is pungent, sweet, malty, grainy. Flavor like a lightly sweet graham cracker. Light/medium body, well carbonated. Half way between an alt and a blonde. Very good spring/summer session brew.

i bought a bottle of this in okinawa. so, the label is all in kanji--pretty cool if you ask me! / anyway, it’s definitely pinkus muller organic, which is apparently pinkus alt? so be it... / hazy golden brown body, little head, little lacing, and just appearing to be a shy brew; reminiscent of some barnyard ale in its malt and herbal qualities, slight banana-like sweetness with a note of orange, a little citrusy tartness, and it’s just a calm and slightly creamy ale; i enjoyed this brew!

Excellent, very tasty, "organic" altbier from an excellent Muster, Germany brewery. This beer is an "alt" in the sense that is an ale, and brewed in the "old" tradition, but stylistically is not an example of Dusselforf altbier. This beer pours to a slightly hazy, deep golden color, with a thick and creamy, white head, and a moderate carbonation. The nose is inviting with aromas of fresh pale malt, light fruit, and some herbal hop aroma. The palate is round, with good pale malt flavor, and hints of light fruit. This beer finishes with pale malt and fruit up front, then ends with a clean, mild, hop bitterness. Very well done, very drinkable beer. Very food friendly as well. Would work well with a number of dishes, from lighter fare, to hearty German fare. I’d enjoy this one with grilled brautwurst, and cold potato sald with a vinegar base and fresh parsley.

Yea, organic. Makes me feel progressive and proud somehow. And stylin’ label. Brickskeller, Washington DC. Called "Munster Alt". Light on the tounge--not too much of a barrier to overcome to drink this--and very nice. Big into altbiers anyway, but liked this lightly perfumedy one a bit.
