bottle. slightly foggy golden-white body with a medium frothy white head. aroma has some watery properties along with sweet malt, faint fruit, and bread. flavour is slightly sour up front with a fairly sharp bitterness. it mellows out towards the finish with grain notes and a moderately watery body. I can’t say that I cared too much for this.

(on bottle) Like DarkElf states, this is like taking a walk in a maltery, very crisp and full both in aroma and taste. Add some hay and a perfect carbonation, this would be a favorite swill if I could get it on a regular basis. Thought it was an Altbier though?? Organic is greatness

(500 ml bottle: $3 at Whole Foods in La Jolla, CA) Bready, malty, lightly sweet, slightly corn-like, minimally bitter or hoppy, but lightly sour, it tastes like I’m eating grain. And it smells like it too. Really, it’s like freshly malted grains, very "raw" and "still in the pot" to me. Very interesting beer. Light-medium bodied, gently carbonated, easy to drink. Light golden color, somewhat hazy, with a small, off-white head that settles to a wide ring. Lacing is minimal, with just a small patch left on the glass. Tasty, enjoyable, one of the better organics I’ve had.

A pretty nice beer. Has a good malt sweetness to it that is balanced out by a decent hop bitterness. Some nice nutty and grassy qualities too.

Golden copper color with quickly diminishing head of a milky white hue. Slightly hazy with a lively head(lottsa bubbles?). Upon first sniff, malt and citrus. Second, caramel. Third, pepper anise and clove. Plus slight notes of yeast and floralness. Vibrant flavor! Light malt notes and with an equally mild hop balance. Light roasted malt flavor with a citrus, orange flare. Hop finish is sweet but sticky. It coats the mouth. Great caramel, spicy, fruity flavor. Top notch brew! Not to mention a great organic brew!!

Poured very pale with a nice pillowy head. Everything abou this was light, but fresh and clean. No off flavors, but too light in the body.

Quite clear and with a light yellow colored body underneath a foamy head, very frothy with bubbles so small they’re almost invisible - looks like a layer of frosting instead. Tastes very grainy, lager like - toasty, a little spoiled, some tinny corn aftertaste flavors as well. Simple. Smells very light - but fresh and sweet with lemon and honey notes, but still... very light. Body is totally lacking on the back - falling apart and evaporating into a fizzy 7UP texture.
