Sweet fruity aroma with some wheaty malt characters. Light, quenching palate, with lots of lemony hops and a slight dry finish. Very rounded but a little lacking in body and flavour-punch. Not recognisable as an alt, but a flavoursome brew all the same. (Bottle, branded "Pinkus Muller Organic", 5.0%) eleusis (70), Denver, Colorado, USA

Mostly malty flavor, with a touch of hops. A highly drinkable brew that I keep buying (In america, on a taste to price ratio, it is a good value) cfranz (261), Acton, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 25, 2005 Poured a hazy straw-yellow with a 1/2 inch white and foamy head. Smells a little of wet paper. Tasted a little too grassy for my taste. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 17, 2005 Mild, sweet, grainy, light citrus-lemon aroma. Hazy pale straw coloured body with thin, but lasting, fine-bubbled, white head that laces nicely. Mild wheat and lemon flavours with some tart yeast character. Moderate carbonation prickles the tongue. Medium-light body. More like a fairly plain but serviceable wheat beer than an alt. Not at all to style. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 14, 2005 Hazy yellow, white head with staying power. Well-carbonated. Very nice aroma like a wheat beer. Metallic taste in palate and clean finish. Not bad. willblake (2187), Belcamp, Maryland, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jan 6, 2005 01.06.05 0.5l bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that flits away. Aromas are mild, sweet grain tea, hints of fruit salad (canned) syrup. The fruit salad comes into the flavor at the front, including the slight metallic twang. The taste quickly evolves into a drier, more grassy, lightly citrus event. Biscuity to finish, and dry. Oh man, why’d they trick me by calling this an alt? I dumped it after half the glass. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is very fruity especially citrus and with notes of caramel leading to a dry hoppy end. NJBeerman013 (783), Trenton, New Jersey, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 23, 2004 Pretty standard german lager. Grassy yellow in color, white cloudy head that rapidly fades to a flowing lace. Aroma has a bit of a harshness to it. The flavor leaves a bit of a dull aftertaste. Nothing outstanding, but then again, nothing too bad not to drink.
