Pours yellow gold into the glass with a white head that fizzes out. Aroma is a very clean malt fragrance with a bit of strawlike character. Flavor is crisp and fast. A nice balanced malt and hop character that seems to be gone before you have even swallowed. I also get a little bit of sour funk as I swallow this beer. Likewise the palate is dry with very little left lingering behind.

aroma - champagnelike, slightly buttery appearance - pale cold, slightly cloudy, small white head taste- dry, champagne, tortilla chips, malty aftertaste palate - light but appropriate body overall - strange beer, rather nice, but I won’t seek it out.

Bottle bought at the Utah State Store. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. The aroma is full of honey, some light malts and biscuit. The flavor is very nice; lots of sweet malts, and some yeast, but I really enjoyed the nice fruity flavors in this beer. Very smooth and drinkable. Somewhat dry and full mouthfeel. Nice.

500 mL bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville. Pours a very pale-orange-yellow with a great big monstrosity of a head. Good retention and lacing. Very bready aroma with some grassy hops and some stone fruit notes. The taste is a bit odd... a little grain, a lot of grass, and a tart apple-lemony note. Bit of an odd brew here.

Hazy orange pour with fluffy off white head and spotty lace. Biscuits malts on the nose. Flavor is dominated by yeast with notable hints of apple

Sweetish bready aroma. Straw colored, cloudy, decent lacing, low head. Tasty, yeasty, slightly carmeled and bready, some low fruity undertones on the back end. Very pleasantly surprised with this one, too bad the hazy apple juice appearance dragged it down.

Pale hazy yellow with a small creamy white head that quickly dissolves. Lots of tiny bubbles of Co2 floating upwards. Malty aroma and slightly sweet. Very smooth and clean tasting. Light bitter finish. The perfect beer to have with lunch or dinner.

Cloudy pale straw body with a very fizzy, immediately dissipating head, but some lacing. Fresh barnyard smells with notes of caramel. Extremely malty, with Tootsie Roll flavours and a hint of bitterness in the finish. Very clean, sweet, easy to drink, traditional.
