| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 20, 2007 A very inviting nose of honeyed grains and cereal. Spicy fruity aromas suggest banana bread. Pours pale straw. The tall frothy white head is mostly lasting with light lace. The brew is well balanced with moderate acidity. The finish is toasted and brief. The light creamy body is soft to lively, and feels clean at the finish. This is a very excellent beer. Would be my beer of choice no doubt in the summertime. I could kill six of these in no time flat. AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA
