| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 25, 2007 500 mL. Slightly cloudy, golden-yellow with large and lasting head. Aroma is cooked corn and honey. Flavor is lemon-honey and corn, with some slight herb-grassy hops. Palate is smooth and medium-bodied. A malty sweet smooth beer, and I like the lesser amount of Saaz in this one. hayduke (1659), Eureka, California, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 8, 2007 Hazy rich straw color, smells a bit like rising pizza dough. Starts on the sweet side, smooth and sourish in the middle, then dries out with some peppery hops at the finish. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 2, 2007 Pours pale yellow with a large snow white head. The aroma has rich smooth pils malt, light grass & grain, light spice and hints of honey. Medium body that is very clean and lush for the style with lots of soft carbonation. The flavor starts with velvety smooth pils malt and some sweetness. This is organic, but not as grainy as many pils. The finish has a pleasing hop spice kick and a good amount of grassiness. Thumbs up for this fine example of a pilsener. littlecarp (128), Redding, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 28, 2007 Pours cloudy gold, little to no head. Aroma is malty, hinting at honey notes. Initial flavor matches the malty aroma. Sparkling carbonation on the tongue. Finishes very light and sweet, hardly any bitterness. Very pleasant beer, if simple. eaglefan538 (2383), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 4, 2007 Ah, pours a pale yellow color, thin initial head, quite weak for a pilsner, slight haze visible. Aroma was grainy, really lots of grain and cereal, light fruity esters (in a pilsner?). The flavor was strong grains, cereal, fruity esters, finishing with a touch of hops, not a mouthfull of grass by any stretch, yet the beer overall wasn’t a mouthfull of anything, either: pretty watery. Ah, Pinkus can’t do beer me doesn’t think (harsh recollections of that "Muenster Alt" comes to mind).
