Realized that I had not rated it after it was gone from the shelves. Then I found a single much shaken bottle this week. Yeast is very present but I left 95% of the floaties in the bottle for the rating. Pale yellow with a persistent thin white covering. Soft hop nose with scents of bread and young grass. Flavour is a little too sweet. Noticeable light hops and a sour bitterness in the finish. Not sure if the sourness is due to the questionable nature of the bottle.

Cloudy pale gold (I was surprised that this was unfiltered), with a thick white head. Nice rich, bready aroma. Flavor is also bready, with a definate yeast note. Understated, but enjoyable.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a big white head. Malty, light hoppy aroma and a sweet malty, hay, citric hop taste. Medium body with a light dry finish.

Orabgey straw colour with minimal head. Aroma is malty, bready with some nice citrus hops. Flavour begins malty with cereal notes and then turns quite hoppy with a bitter finish. Nice bitterness to this otherwise malty pilsner.

good basic Pilsner. smooth and strong, some mouth fizz, hopy, recommened a solid citizen of the beer universe. Not one of its excentrics.

Golden yellow with a weak white head. Some spicyness and citric tones to the aroma and some sweet malts. The taste is citric ending quite sweet with a spicy finish.

Fresh crisp aroma of sweetgrass and seminal light mediterranean salt herbs. Pour of lightly cloudy hot yellow. Flavor is a rich toothy bite of whole grain and rising minutia of toasted oats. Whispers with a drop of sweet lemon extract. Backed with a heavy hand of favoring hops in the high alpine mode. I think the heavy refreshing quality of this beer really helps it along.
