Minimal head, although lots of sticky lacing. Golden-orange in color. Slightly hoppy aroma, some of the grainy breadiness in the aroma. Flavors were similarly bready, with lots of the hops. Somehow a bit too light in body... lacking something. It’s nice that this beer is organic and all, but it doesn’t pack the punch it should...

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark gold body with a 2 finger white head. Light straw nose, sweet malt, grassy hoppiness, grain, earthy with a hint of citrus.

Bottle, Liquor World, Fayetteville AR. Slightly hazy yellow, modest white head. Lots of hay in the nose, some raw doughy malt. A bit flabby on the palate. Wish for either a little more carbonation or a little more hop bite to life the neutral sweetness of the malt. There is a little nice grassy hop flavor, and a little pleasantly unrefined yeastiness. But on the whole, it just feels awkward and unfinished.

Dark for a Pilsner, and very cloudy, even for unfiltered beer. As a homebrewer, I never filter anything, and have never made a beer this cloudy. Finish is too sweet for my palate, but taste and aroma contain many pleasant but subtle elements. Hops come through, but could be stronger. Some citrus, earthy notes, honey, grass. Overall, a good, but restrained taste. To me, not the best example of the Pilsner style.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Grassy hops hits the nose along with malt. Flavour had plenty of grassy hops, malt and caramel notes. Finished quite bitter. Lovely!

Hazy yellow with a nice large fizzy head. The aroma is full of lemon, grass, and earth. The flavor is light and bready with lemon tartness, and grass. Really super earthy. Dry dirt like finish. Organic.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a diminished white head. Mild hoppy and slight cornish aroma. Medium sweet malt flavoured with a classic cornish acidic touch. Light bitterness into a dry finish.

pours a hazy gold with plenty of sediment left in bottle. Capped with a tight thin white head. Very light grassy aroma, flavour has the mown hay and grassy tones, light lemon and a grainy malt body that is quite agreeable.
