Bottle from Sam’s. Finally getting around to trying this classic. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden yellow with a nice white head and great carbonation. Nose is biscuit malts with a very mild hop profile. Easy drinking with flavors of grassy hops, plain crackers, and a mild sweetness. A fine beer, and what I expected, if not too interesting.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy beige/yellow color pils with a good size foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of malt with a light floral profile and some crisp dry hops are also noticeable. Taste is a mix between some floral malt with some distinctive hops from Plzen. Full body with some great carbonation. I thought it may have been a bit too grainy but it was still very enjoyable.

Ummmm...okay. I know this is unfiltered, but if you put a glass of this side by side with a Leinenkugel’s Sunset Wheat (which I did), you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. No Fruity Pebble smell here, but this really came off more like a wheat beer than a pils. Cloudy. Almost a citrus aftertaste. I’m wondering if they didn’t put the wrong label on a bottle of wheat beer...

Pint bottle... Poured vibrant yellow with a thick, foamy, white head. Aroma is buttery with crackers, grains and some herbal hops. Smooth palate with flavors of grassy hops which lend toward more of a fruity sweetness. Pretty clean and refreshing.

500ml from natural foods store in Volksdorf. Massive fluffy head with fine swet hoppy aroma and pale gold. Light body and taste lemony dry hops, clean lightly bitter finish.

Poured a nice golden color with a pretty nice fluffy white head. Aroma is a lot of biscuit and malt. Flavor is a bit sweet with some more biscuit. Nice beer though. Pretty refreshing. I liked this one.

.5l bottle, a bit murky, small fine head. Aroma of sweet malt runnings, mild earthy noble hop is just barely present. Tastes of sweet grain, nice drying hop bitterness that is low key. As drinkable as evian, but tastier! Clinches the essence of a natural beer. Underrated.
