Like all Pinkus beers, it is organic. Pale golden colour, big and lasting white head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Fairly unremarkable but not unpleasant sweetish aroma, hints of flowery hops and honey. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is delicate and tender, with a neat balance between the malts and hops. No "flavour bomb", but still much better than most of the industrial "fizzy and yellow" stuff. gunnar (602), Sandnes, Norway
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 9, 2009 500 ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy, light golden colour with a moderate white fine lazed head. Hoppy aroma. Taste of some light yeast, citrus and a fair amount of hops, makes this a nice easy drinkable lager.Quite nice and long bitterness

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 8, 2009 500 ml bottle. Almost clear pale golden body with a firm white head. Moderat aroma of malt and straw. Clean, refreshing flavor of malt and hops. Nothing really special here just a well made, clean lager with a decent bitterness.
TaxiDriver (948), Stadland, Germany
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 23, 2009 Bottle. The aroma is sweet with a light sour touch, it reminds me also a little bit of cinnamon. The head is medium large and foamy with a normal duration. The body is clear and yellow. The taste is quite fruity and light sour, it tasted also a little bit of yeast, therefore the duration is rather long. The body is light to medium with a light creamy and fizzy texture with a normal carbonation.
A refreshing beer for a hot summer day. Gr0ve (1425), Oslo, Norway
