Bottle 50cl. Small head, lively carbonation. Rather much yeast in it, overall rather water. Had better ones, not a must-have.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy pale golden color with fluffy head. Malty, honeyish and flowery aroma. Malt, honey and some herbal-peppery hops in the flavor. Nice honeyish maltiness.

A sourly, quite grainy brew. Citrus and cider notes.

Yellow colored, slightly cloudy appearance. Little white head. Cardboardy, yet fruity-sweet aroma, some lemon also here. Straightforward helles. Medium bodied. Flavor is also more dry with this cardbord and lemon, some skunkiness also comes up here. I’ve had better, rather boring one.

Aroma of grassy hops, honey and some citrus. Hazy-cloudy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium, white head, Taste is sweet with grassy hops, honey and citrus. Bit dry finish. Actually quite a nice beer.

Bottle purchased in Berlin.

Pours a sparkling yellow with an appealing fluffy white head. Nice sour Saaz-type aroma, melon rind, saison-like notes. Cookie-dough flavor, lots of sweet malt but with a sourness and crispness that brings the whole thing around in a pleasing way; as I start the bottle this one is easy to drink and very enjoyable. But as I work my way through it, I’m faced with the unavoidable fact that this one is too grainy and too harsh to be a really fine example.

500ml bottle. Unfiltered, organic beer from a store (...macht Lust auf Natur) in Trier. Straw coloured content topped by only a ring around the rim of the glass. Light malty aroma. Grassy hops in flavour with hints of wheat and malty sweetness. Dry ending. A bit crispy mouthfeel and quite lively carbonated (at a hotel room in Frankfurt, 17.09.2007).
