Lot A4, exp 05/2009 tasted Dec 2nd 2008. Light yellow colour, cloudy. Intense aroma of hops and barley, with elements of fresh bread, herbs, flowers and sitrus fruits. Pronounced freshness, transparent, and a defined barley impression. Sweeping intensive bitterness from the hops that increase in the aftertaste. The perfect example of a light, dry lager!

500 ml bottle. Hazy golden. Medium-sizes head. Strong spicy saaz hop aroma. Unfiltered and somewhat hazy. Dry grainy flavours. Wonderful with complex flavours. Very drinkable.

Citrussy hop aroma. Relatively pale - cloudy if you add the yeast sediment. Tall creamy head. Fullbodied. A tingling citrussy aroma on the tip of the tongue. Bready aftertaste. When you add the last bit of yeast, the beer gets some characteristics of a saison in the taste - unusual, but I like it.

Strong hop and orange aroma. Refined, but strong hopflavor with orange and a strong hopbitter finish. Excellent beer, together with the Alt the best that Pinkus can offer.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Light dusty. White lasting head. Malty and light flovery aroma. Sweet. Fine maltcharacter well supported by a light hops presence in the flavour. Flowery notes as well. Medium bitterness in the end.

The taste stays, and stays...it’s fruity, malty and has a long, dry finish. Well above average.

Yumm. Hoppy citrus-y aroma. Wonderful dusty yellow orange body with a huge rocky head. The hops and grapfuite flavor is long lasting and refreshing. Nice beer!

This organic pilsener-style beer is hard to describe with its almost untransparant, cloudy appearence it makes you a bit suspicious, but when you taste it, this is really organic !
