Dark coloured and slightly rich on the palate. Fruity aroma. Slightly dry roast finish. harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jul 19, 2006 Cookie dough maltiness, with just ahint of acrid smoke pervading in the aroma, but disappears in the flavor. Has a bit of a saddle drawn vinous fruit note, along with some caramel maltiness. Simple texture, with just a bit of roastiness in the finish. Lumpy (1530), Carrollton, Texas, USA Oct 4, 2005 Tap. Smokey, butterscotch, stale hops, overall mild with too much CO2. What more can I say. Has that damned butter flavor. Ernest (4227), Boulder, Colorado, USA Nov 6, 2002 Draught.
