Pours a hazed amber color w/ a tall froth that lingers. Aromas of hopsy caramel malt. Medium nectar and totaly flat. All the effers went up in the frothy plume. A decent malt body w/ a mild hop component. This is a very standard amber w/ little unique character. The finish is bittered mildly leaving a citrusy twitch. This aint’ no Marzen.

Very bland overall, not enough flavor. Goes down smooth, with a slight amber finish

Dark amber with thin white head. Aroma is skunk and wet dishrags that have been sitting on the sink for days. Flavor is malt and corn, metalic finish. Blah!!

Picked up single 12-oz bottle from Brennan’s Country Farm Market in Brookfield, WI. Pours a coppery amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head the returns a fine film and white ring. Aroma of caramel malt, a slight berry with herbal spice and a touch of noble hops. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation, with flavors of caramel malt, some seasonal spice bitterness, and a touch of grassy hops. Finish is semi-sweet, a little thin, slightly metallic with a light caramel malt aftertaste.

bottle from bockyhorsey...seems he really wanted to get rid of this!! brownish amber pour with a thin white head. aroma is berrries, metallic maltiness and caramel. flavor is the same with a strange hoppy bitterness on the finish that seems out of place. thin mouth feel with high carbonation.

Appearance: Pours a medium amber body with a full, off-white head. Smell: Altogether faint aroma of caramel malt, spicy hops, and soft fruit esters. Taste: Caramel malt flavor with only a mild sweetness. Spicy hop flavor and bitterness remain light. For me, it finishes weak and watery. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Essentially, it’s an Oktoberfest lite.
