Pours a clear darker amber red. Nice sized white head. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is carbonation(?) similar to diet soda, sweet and malty.

Clear deep amber, big puffy off-white head. Nose of caramel and soap, bit of fruit. Flavor is sweet, some toastiness, a bit of caramel, though it’s a bit too sugary. Definite hops at the end for a bit of bite, does have decent maltiness. Improves as it warms, the sugariness fades a bit and malty caramel picks up some. In the end, it tastes like a sweeter marzen that had a shot of dish soap dropped in it (sort of like a Germanic clean freak doing a Boilermaker, I guess).

Festival sampling. Reddish-amber body. Malty aroma with light grassy hops. Amber ale flavor with grassier hops. I recall enjoying this more than my rating reflects, but numbers don’t lie!

shaker / dead red copper body with orange highlight, nice and huge bone white frothy head, and scattered lacing; the aroma is pleasant; and the flavor is pleasant... this is a smooth, malty, toasty, and very quaffable beer with light citrusness... it’s tame with very little bittering and hops, but the subtleness works. try this out! it actually would make a great session.

color is light amber, thin head, mostly not lasting. aroma is of slight chocolate and lots of bready malts. flavor has a few earthy hops going on, with a fairly chocolatey finish. i think this beer is a cross between an amber ale and an o'fest.
