18 percentile overall. Please, people! It’s a Koelsch! It’s not supposed to be a Dark Lord, for Chrissakes, just a nice light ale. Why can’t you people fucking figure this out? Pours dark yellow, clear with a white head that disappears quickly. Smells of malt. Not hoppy at all, but the malts come through in the flavor. A nice, clean beer.

12 oz bottle. Gusher! Poured a clear golden color. Head was white and reduced quickly to a tattered film. Aroma was of white paper, light grassy hops, and spent malt. Not unexpected for a kolsch. Slightly sweet on the tongue. tasted much better than it smelled with notes of fresh cereal grain and grassy hops. There was also a hint of apple/pear. Light and refreshing. Not a bad beer overall.

draft at map room. god this fucking sucked. so pale lager with a tiny bit of hops. so funny to see it’s a kolsch because that’s exactly what kolshes are. this one’s hardly worthy to irrigate my bladder with.

Appearance: Pours a pale yellow body with a bubbly white head. Smell: Soft aroma of damp grains and citrus with light vegetal notes. Taste: Faint pilsner maltiness with a light level of sweetness. Fainter still is the taste of citrus. Mild bitterness. Hint of DMS on the finish. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Moderate carbonation. Drinkability: Kölsch or no Kölsch, it’s not that great.

Slightly cloudy, brisk, sweet taste. An OK beer, wouldn’t necessarily drink regularly.
