Mar 10, 2009 [Growler] shared at Skyview’s Lex/Larp Cellars Farewell. Pours a clear amber with a sticky beige head. Aroma is slight, but with some sweet caramel. Flavor and aroma are really lacking in the hops. Flavor is pretty much just caramel.

Mar 2, 2009 Growler courtesy of Skyview. Copper color with a medium head. Caramel malt and light orange hop aroma. Lots of dry grain flavor. Light citric hop bitterness. A little plain, but solidly made.

Dec 14, 2008 On draught in the Pioneer Haus, inside the UW-Platteville Student Union. Pours a clear light copper brew with a thick and creamy off-white head that has some nice retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of golden grain and caramel malt, plenty of cascade-style hops, a touch of pear with some citrus zest. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of multi-grain malt, citrus zest a touch of grapefruit, and some caramel. Finish has a mild bitterness that is shortly lived with a lingering citrus zest aftertaste. A decent noble hop aftertaste flavor without the bitterness.
