Commercial Description:
This beer is an excellent session ale for those who like their beer a little on the malty side. A lighter body and balanced sweetness make this brown one to remember. Pisgah Brown is a rock solid brew.

On tap at the brewery pours brown color with light tan head. Aroma is almond and caramel malt. Opulent mouthfeel. Flavor is slightly nutty and finishes somewhat dry. This is a typical brown and was nice.

Sampled from a growler. This is full of your requisite nutty character and caramel malt flavors. Aromas of crystal sugar and a bit of toasted wheat grain. Caramel sweetness in the flavor. Very nice example of an underappreciated style.
