Bottled. A brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and wood as well as lighter notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of roasted malt as well as lighter notes of alcohol and wood. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of brentfeesh. Pours a dark brown with a reddish hue and a light brown head. Aroma of fruit and dried fruit. Medium body, lightly tart fruit and roasted malt with some dried fruit accents also. Some alcohol in the finish. 290509

From bottle, blind #30. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Dry fruity and wooden aroma. Dry roasted malt flavoured. Light alcohol note and fruity touch. Vague smoke note. Light acidic and roasted flavoured finish with a lasting acidic impression.

Bottle #30 at Papsø’s blindtasting. Hazt red brown coloured with a medium sized off white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, berries and spices. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, spices, liquorice and yeast. Spicy and yeasty finish.

dark brown with ruby edges, wispy beige head, drippy lace, rich milk chocolate aroma with a touch of fruity sweetness to bring out the chocolate, rich chocolate flavor, nice milk chocolate sweetness, no bitterness allows the rich chocolate to dominate, this is what every chocolate porter wants to be,

on tap @Barleys-pours a disappearing light tan head and black color with red tint. Aroma is fermented dark fruit. Taste is fermented dark fruit, secondary hops bite, yeast. Nice, occasional.
