On tap at Asheville Mellow Mushroom. Mild wheaty aroma with a bit of sweetness and light hops. A bit of citrus rind. Hazy golden amber with very little white head. Medium body with heavy carbonation. Starts with some wheat and banana bread sweetness. Mild acidic tang and a bit of astringent bitterness. Light hoppy finish with a little spice and banana. Weak watery after.

Draft at the brewery. Light gold with a medium white head. Citrus aroma with some floral notes and touch of grain. Clean, dry palate matched up well with the light body and lively effervescence. LIghtly sweet up front, followed by a delicate lemon rind bitterness. Not really my style, but a refreshing, if not inspired, brew. Certainly nothing objectionable going on, and would make a good refresher on a hot day.

Consumed on 9/21/07 at Mellow Mushroom in Asheville, NC. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin white head and lace. Nose doesnt have too much going on--some biscuity and crystal malts and a mild hoppy presence. Flavor is very basic--malt and hops muted. Smooth, easy drinking, and incredibly boring.

From a growler. Poured a mostly clear golden color with a thin white head. Not a whole lot in the nose, some corny grain aroma. Light in the palate. Taste is pretty subdued - light malt and wheat notes with a nondistinct finish. Overall, kind of bland and unexciting.
