Jun 30, 2006 Draught at Mellow Mushroom in Asheville, NC. Clear golden color with thin white head that laced the glass. Aroma is very weak, only some light hops and cereal grain. Overall, the flavor is very weak as well. The most dominant flavor is sprucy hops, but there is also a subdued grainy flavor. Eh.

May 22, 2008 On tap at Asheville Mellow Mushroom. Mild wheaty aroma with a bit of sweetness and light hops. A bit of citrus rind. Hazy golden amber with very little white head. Medium body with heavy carbonation. Starts with some wheat and banana bread sweetness. Mild acidic tang and a bit of astringent bitterness. Light hoppy finish with a little spice and banana. Weak watery after.
