Oct 23, 2007 Draft at Barley’s Taproom in Asheville, NC. Poured a slightly hazy light orange color. Head was thin and white. Not much lace was left behind at the end. The aroma was subdued overall with only some light grassy hops. Tasted of biscuity malt with fresh vegetable undertones. There was also light spicy malt at the end accompanied by a noble hop flavor. So so.
