Appearance: Hazy amber orange with a thin, white head.
Aroma: A somewhat light nose consisting of doughy malt and herbal hops. Some earthiness in there too.
Taste: Bready, doughy malt, some toasted notes, grassy hops provide a solid bitterness.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Long, bitter finish.
Overall: A very enjoyable APA that is worth trying.
Rebuy: Yes. This is a good local brew if you happen to be in the area.

Aug 1, 2009 On tap at the brewery pours amber color with off white head. Aroma is real nice. Citrus hops. Opulent mouthfeel. Flavor is more citrus hop flavor than their IPA, subtle caramel malt, and finishes dry. This is a solid beer.

Jul 30, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy amber, nice, slightly off-white head. Aroma is straight away hops with some pine and vague citrus and caramel notes. Flavor is sweet caramel and hops. A nice medium of the road bitterness on the finish.
