Really enjoyable. Nice floral hops: citrus and floral flavors were predominate but not over the top; neither soapy nor overly piney/resiny. Enough malt to make me think of an English style pale ale, but definitely American. I really liked this beer. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

Pours a clear copper with a one finger off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of floral hops with a hint of pine and sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Very good. tronraner (1933), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 4, 2008 Draught (entered from old notes). Pours gold with white head. The aroma is a touch of sweet malt and planty hops. The flavor is honeyish and sugary malts with some hop bitterness and citrus. In the finish, though, is a slightly offputting botanical note. This has the potential to be tasty and refreshing... I’m guessing a rearrangement of the hop schedule might help it out. Still decent, though. CaptainCougar (5520), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Aroma of slightly citrusy American hops and some grainy pale malt. Body starts a little thinner and grainy with some mild grapefruity hops toward a crisp bittersweet finish. A decent APA. jsh12bama (344), Alabama, USA
