Pours a clear amber, with a medium, foamy white head. Pretty decent hop aroma, some grapefruit citrus is evident as well. Nice for a plae. The flavor was light and airy, with a resectable hop presence, and a bitter grapefruit aftertaste. The finish had some funked out citrus too it which made it somewhat interesting for this style. Not bad at all.

Growler, from Brusin’ Ales. Good aroma, sweet, grassy, cardboard, honey. Tad hazed brownish orange color. Small head, ok lace. Bittersweet flavor. Citrus, grapefruit & orange, grass, toffee/caramel. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish. NIce easy to drink pale. Found my self enjoying this one. Doesn’t WOW you, but worth having.

crystal malt flavor is balanced by an abundance of earthy hops, sweetness eventually comes out to steal the show and cut back the earthy hops,

From a growler shared by OldGrowth. Thanks Tom! Pours a hazy orange amber with a whispy off white head. Lacing is retained. Looks great. Nose and flavors is piney, citrus, fresh earthy hops, malts provide balance. Very sessionable. I could have had a growler to my head. A delicious easy drinking pale. Well done, Pisgah.

A copper apperance with a white head. The aroma is slightly hoppy with some grapefruit, oranges, and peaches. Millions of peaches, peaches for me! The flavor has a nice malt presence with some caramel, orange, and pine. A good session APA.

Appearance: Vaguely hazy ambery body with a foamy, white head. Smell: Caramel malt mixed with fruity notes of grapefruit and melon. Somewhat woody. Taste: Though the hops lead the way in the aroma, they’re mostly mild and light in the taste, with the caramel malt sweetness picking up the slack. Still, the hops bring flavors of grapefruit and citrus. Again, there’s that forest-like woodsiness. The sweetness and bitterness cancel each other out for a fairly light, neutral finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Mild carbonation. Drinkability: A solid, delightful, easy-drinking APA.
