Excellent retention. The aroma is too subtle for my lame olfactory system – I really can’t smell a thing – completely neutral. Light to medium-bodied and very fizzy. Well-balanced… much like a PNW IPA. Not a whole lot of flavor… much unlike a PNW IPA. Bittersweet, astringent, dry finish.
