750 mL bottle from Bruisin’ Ales (bottled January 2009). Pale orange with a very thin white head. Aroma of bread, lemon, and funk. Taste is very much the same. A very solid Tripel that easily exceed my expectations.

Bottle shared at tasting. Pours orange with a short lived head. Smell is sweet and spiced with coriander. Taset is very sweet with lots of belgian yeast character. Not a fan at all. Much too sweet for me, and too much of the yeasty spiced flavor.

750ml bottle. Poured a golden body with a small white head. Pleasant aromas of yeast, Radler-lemoniness, wheat malt and some grain. Aromas were present in the flavor profile, but also accompanied by some apple cider and a fun, light sourness. Some Belgian phenolic spiciness (light clove, coriander) also present. Medium body, nicely carbonated and barely perceptible alcohol. Overall a very enjoyable tripel.

Corked and caged. Sweet aroma, lemon meringue and vanilla and heavy sugar, lovely lightly funky yeast. Light alcohol. Golden pour with a short white head. Taste is spicy yeast, air with a little apple juice, rice and pie-like, light honey. Medium-full body, some alcohol shining through, but on the whole, very smooth and refined. Very nice, very drinkable!
