| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 26, 2009 750mL Bottle. Peppery yeast nose, with some strong esters, a phenol back and and some sweet orange rind. Good throw.
Pours a glowing, clouded orange-yellow, with a white rim. Flavor is nice and balanced. A little hot. Nice
juicy bread yeast and round orange zest character. A bit of faint, faint caramel and a deeper pilsener
malt. Besides, the alcohol running a little hot this has good yeast character and freshness. Very nice! Thanks much Joe and Piper.
