Fruity, sweet nose. Hazy golden pour. A very enjoyable, fruity tripel. Lots of citrus notes throughout, and an almost bubble gum like finish. Very nice.

Had at throwdown. Golden pour. Really sweet smell, along with cool spices. Has almost sour taste, but very yeasty. Wish I had more of this.

C&PLYFOTD: Bottle, courtesy fogdog. Golden pour, creamy bubbly lacing and a big head. Funky nose, Belgian yeast, dry sweet notes, some citrusy hops. Good flavors, balanced with hops and sweet citrus, some creamy grain and slight barnyard funk. Medium-bodied, balanced well and makes it quite drinkable.

Bomber. Fruity, yeasty nose with dough and some sweetness. Hazy yellow color with a long lasting white head. Complex flavors of citrus, bread, yeast, and some funk. Nice sharp peppery finish and a nice bubbly mouthfeel. This is a world-class Belgian ale made right here in NC. Fantastic stuff.

750mL Bottle. Peppery yeast nose, with some strong esters, a phenol back and and some sweet orange rind. Good throw. Pours a glowing, clouded orange-yellow, with a white rim. Flavor is nice and balanced. A little hot. Nice juicy bread yeast and round orange zest character. A bit of faint, faint caramel and a deeper pilsener malt. Besides, the alcohol running a little hot this has good yeast character and freshness. Very nice! Thanks much Joe and Piper.
