Apr 21, 2007 Growler courtesy of kp sampled on 1/4/07: Pours a transparent bright golden with a nicely-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of sweet bready Belgian biscuity malt and some sharp coriander spice. Body starts fairly full and sweet with some nice, toasty pale maltiness and bready Belgian yeasty complexity. A nice tripel.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottle… Murky, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Great retention. Metallic, yeasty aroma with underlying coriander and banana. Full-bodied with moderate carbonation. Sweet pale malts and white bread with a spicy, coriander note. Finishes sweet, breadsy and lightly spicy. Bottle shared by Beerlando!

Jan 20, 2007 Growler. Poured a hazy light golden color. Spicey phenolic clove aroma. It had a fair amount of sweetness. The flavor was sweet with notes of clove, spices and other phenols. Light to medium body.
