Apr 21, 2007 Growler courtesy of kp sampled on 1/4/07: Pours a transparent bright golden with a nicely-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of sweet bready Belgian biscuity malt and some sharp coriander spice. Body starts fairly full and sweet with some nice, toasty pale maltiness and bready Belgian yeasty complexity. A nice tripel.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottle… Murky, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Great retention. Metallic, yeasty aroma with underlying coriander and banana. Full-bodied with moderate carbonation. Sweet pale malts and white bread with a spicy, coriander note. Finishes sweet, breadsy and lightly spicy. Bottle shared by Beerlando!

Apr 25, 2008 750ml bottle courtesy of durhambeer. Pours a hazy amber with a generous frothy white head. Smells of coriander, ginger, candi sugar, doughy. Tastes very malty and sweet with some spicy hints. Good but not dry enough for me.

Mar 28, 2009 A lovely tripel, from Bruisin’ Ales. Fresh yeast, very smooth mouthfeel,with an underlying orange cream taste. Very drinkable.Cloudy with a great white bubbly head.Refreshing yeasty inhale.
