Commercial Description:
Brewed by the City Brewery for Pig's Eye Brewing Co.
Pit Bull Ice Malt Liquor can be described in two words - Strong & Smooth. Now, you don't have to sacrifice taste for strength. Pit Bull is one of the highest alcohol malt liquors available, but our special ice brewing process removes the "harshness" found in other brands, resulting in the smoothest tasting malt liquor in the US. We brew with only the finest Red Robust malt, and a special blend of domestic hops - giving you a quality and consistent brew that you can always enjoy. Now.......it's your turn to let out the "dog"!
Packaged in 6-4-16oz Cans.

FRom a twenty four ounce can purchased at a ghetto store - This one poured a straw-hued liquid with a fizzy white head of foam and a sweet, fruity aroma. Tastewise, it’s just another malt liquor... basically sweet corn and a grapelike fruitiness. There wasn’t the terrible harshness and burn of some other malt liquors, though.

Over 10%! 24 ounce can. Clear light yellow body with a small, quickly diminishing white foam. Nose mainly stinks of fusels, corn and skunk. Flavor is awful, dominated by alcohol and corn. Can’t drink more than a few sips. Just a terrible brew, but not the worst I’ve had. By the way, nice rap Ernest!

Can (the only way, yo). Head is initially average sized, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with notes of corn syrup, baked apple, plastic, and gasoline. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter, unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Layin’ down the shit right here, this goes out to my bro on the east side, MC TAR, and my cuz on the north side, Nick X. Yo, yo, yo...kickin’ back wit’ my homies, in my hood wit’ da fo’ties, talkin’ shit ’bout da oldies, checkin’ out all da sho’ties....X break out a Pit Bull, he po’ it in a glass full, he dump some out fo’ dead fools, he pass it all aroun’ cool...damn dis shit be nasty, you gotta drink it fast G, wake up in a cast G, what you ’spect from City?!?!?!

Sampled at ABR 07 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a clear golden brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates clean. Aroma of sweet corn malt, some grassy hops and a touch of fruit. Taste is full bodied, some carbonation with alcohol and sweet corn flavors. Finish is sweet and high alcohol character. Yeap, it’s a malt liquor no doubt. A bit strong for my liking.
