| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 19, 2008 Small brown coarseish head. Opaque black body. Vinuous chocolatey alcoholic fruity aroma with roasty burnt notes. Aroma is in fact rather like a chocolate with fruit liquor inside. Vinuous chocolatey fruity taste with roasty plum and alcohol notes. Full-bodied with some alcohol heat. Dry roasty papery alcoholic medicinal aftertaste. Lovely aroma, but the taste is nowhere near as successful. (0.5l bottle, City Beverage Co, London.) RichardGretton (3156), Leicestershire, England
