An orange-amber beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with light notes of alcohol and caramel, the latter giving it a sticky mouthfeel.

Bottled. Hazy dark orange. Aroma of toffee, melon and plum brandy. Very sweet, soft rounded mouthfeel, but from there on sticky syrup takes over, and it leaves a cloying feeling in my throat.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber beer with a decent off-white head. Sweet, malty, alcoholic nose. Very sweet, malty flavours with a strong alcohol which is too much for this beer’s body. 250705

Bottled. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized off white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Sweet flavour with lots of fruits and alcohol.

Dark amber color, small head. Some vegetables aroma (seems to be a constant in Pitfield’s beers). Some malt, still a bit dry when too cold, but vegetable (celery), that is not really pleasant; a bith grassy and herbal. If not for the celery, it is quite good, but we don’t feel the need for it.
