Pitfield Hoxton Farmhouse Dry Cider

Cask @ Wenlock Arms, London. Hazy white/yellow colour with no head. Fruity apple aroma, slightly tart. Tart fruity apple flavor, very dry. Fruity dry finish.

Cask handpull at Wenlock Arms. Cloudy pale lemon colour a bit like a thick lemon squash. Sharp green apple aroma. Some sourness. Sour in mouth. Dry as a bone on finish. Dry/sour cider. Parching in fact. Good apple juice flavour with sour/dry finish. Not subtle. Likeable though.

Bottle. Thin and dry. Crisp and refreshing, with some light appley acidity. Too thin, with a short mouthfeel, but it is refreshing. Perhaps this would have its moments on a hot summers day. A bit harshly acidic and thin.
