Aug 20, 2004 Bottled. Golden body, clear and clean when carefully poured. White volumous head, slightly over conditioned. Settles after a while to leave a slightly sweet malty aroma. The honey is more apparent on the palate then the nose. Clean and free from any impurities the beer seems to be very well made. Pleasant drop.
