Big heavy Impy Stout with sweet, tongue coating, fruity flavours and yes perhaps a little tarry, bitumen flavour thrown in. I never really take to these massive beers, but I can understand the attraction of the dark roast and heavy mouthfeel in certain conditions. It was the 2nd beer of the Festival to go, so there has to be something there for everyone. Gary (352), Buckinghamshire, England

Chriso mentioned this beer, adding it had been brewed in some guys garage and little was known about. That got me intrigued . I digged this from the of.This was drank and sandwitched between a small stream of IMP Stouts and it was maybe my fave. The aroma dancing with roast malt and silky chocolate. Drinking this was just as aroma, with creamy ,hearty roast malt ,chocolate and coffee .Very very rich. Maybe a bit cloying and relentless-but damn flavoursome. harrisoni (6803), Ashford, Kent, England

Some roasted malt, quite rich in mouth. Some dark fruits on aroma. Bit sweet on finish. Fairly tough drinking I thought. Interesting but way too sweet.
