Aug 29, 2007 En fût. Verre de dégustation dégusté directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de malts rôtis et de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de malts avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Présence de noix rôtis en arrière goûts. (Rating #1190)

Aug 11, 2007 Amber in color with a small off white head. Aroma is muted: caramel w/ light roasty notes, as well as something weird that I couldn’t put my finger on. Taste is moderately sweet attenuated caramel malts, light to moderately bitter with some roast. Pretty thin bodied and watery. Finishes lightly bitter.

Apr 19, 2006 On draught at the brewpub. Reddish and cloudy with a tan head. Smells and tastes nutty with some yogurt present. Finishes lightly peppery.

Oct 6, 2005 On tap at the brewpub with a 4oz sample. Mildly roasted acetic, floral aromatic aroma with slight sour hints. Moderately hazy ruddy-brown color with an off-white head. Nice caramel-sweet maltiness to start, turning a little more roasted to finish. Smooth, easy-drinking red. Plenty of flavor, if you happen to enjoy this style.
