Commercial Description: Originaling in Southern Bavaria, the dunkel-weiss or dark wheat beer celebrates the autumnal season. The combination of a special yeast strain and dark malts creates a bouquet of complex aromas and flavors. German and English malts, German Hallertau hops.
Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Smells of bananas, cloves, cherries, ginger and roses. Tastes of bananas and well balanced spices. Some earthy hops on the finish.
