Aug 29, 2008 Bottle. Dusty hayish, light spongy nose. Golden, fine carbonation, white lace. Spicy, hayish malt, ok citric and grassy hop counterpoint. Chewy body, fine sparkly mouthfeel. Bready afertaste.

Aug 3, 2008 Bottled, 500ml, pasteurised fro Tesco, Plzen. Gold with white head, low CO2. Smelling a musty cereal note on opening the bottle, I though, here we go again, but no, this was a pleasant surprise. Quite light and lemony on the palate, with a pleasing hoppiness on a bittersweet body. Flavousome for the strength, the best so far on my Tesco raid. Satisfying.

Jul 9, 2008 500ml bottle from Tesco, Plzen. Gold, thin white head. Interesting. Some cereal on aroma. Some character, some rather lovely lager hop on finish. Quite drinkable. I think I had this on Sunday morning before the Grand Tasting. I must have been mad, but I had to get rid of them before I flew home.

Clear golden color, fluffy white head. Malty, dry and metallic taste. Sweet and some alcohol scent. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Nov 12, 2007 (bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, deep golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet and a bit tart bready malty nose. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Slightly bready malty taste, moderately dry finish with unpleasant metallic hops in the aftertaste. Industrial Czech Lager.
