On tap at PP C’Bad. Great beer, try it if you see it. Pours a reddish brown color with a creamy off-white head, good retention, lots of lace. Smells malty and red fruity sweet. Spicy hops on the nose as well. Tastes of sweet red fruits up front and hoppy bitter over the last 3/4 of the mouth. Thick, full body. Good carbonation. Bitter and potent and good.

On tap at Stone. Malty , fruity, mellow aroma. Not overpowering. Deep brown color with a creamy, sticky head. The flavor was way roasted malt. Also hoppy and alcohol. Three distinct mouth stages, passing from bitter, to full-mouth, to sweet. The head was amazing, and refused to vacate tho top of the brew. This was really strong, and really good.

Tap at Toronado. Nice double red beer. Hides the alcohol well. 10%!? tasted like 7-8, maybe. Lots of caramel flavor. Nice pungent/musty hop flavors (nugget? chinook?). 1/2 pint was perfect, any more than that and the sweetness would stick with me too much. The hop flavors come out nicely as it warms up, and the carbonation is driven off. Great beers as always, Pizza Port. Thanks,

Pours a reddish brown with an off white head. Smells of heavy malt and darker fruit. Nice amount of hops in this one though and it is quite balanced. Good caramel flavor but also the citrus hops. Well done

On tap @ Toronado. Deep reddish in color. Lots of malt / sweet caramel notes in the nose. Flavor is solid hops with brown malt / caramel flavors right behind. Straight forward beer with lots of subtle complexity - nice!

Had a sample at the brewery. Pours reddish/copper with a fluffy white head. Nice clean refreshing aroma of piney hops and sweet malts, but not cloyingly. Taste is the same.

Pours dark red with a beige head. Aroma is strong hops and some nice toffee/caramel. Flavor is the same. Some nice sweetness balanced with some strong citrus on the finish. A little bit of alcohol too. A big beer with lots going on.

growler thanks to the fellas at the Pizza Port Bottle Shop....poured a clear reddish brown wih a frothy off-white head.... nose comprised up of caramel malt with some grassy hop note and a little roast... flavors continued on the malt forward front, mainly caramel and softer dark fruit. mouthfeel was very smooth and a slight bitterness works its way into the equation from the hops....i thoroughly enjoyed this one.
