Mar 15, 2008 Pours a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is wheat, clove, and banana. flavor is banana, wheat, and a bitter spicy finish.

Mar 6, 2008 tap at PP Carlsbad.... golden semi-clear light brown pour with a thin soapy white head.... aromas of lemons and bready yeast, and a general sweet sugary malt consistency.... flavors of sweet candied sugar with a sugary aftertaste. a very spritzy mouthfeel with additonal hints of crisp citrus and pepper..... pretty nice overall.

Jan 1, 2008 On tap@Port Carlsbad: Hazy pale golden color wirth a small (bar pour) white head. Aroma is light and citrus fruity. Flavor starts with light citrus (coriander and orange) followed by a light peppery citrus bitterness and finishing lightly dry and lemony. Light-medium body is creamy with lively carbonation. More than a wit and less than a tripel.
