Oct 3, 2007 (CASK - PP Solana Beach) a sublime session beer on cask. Medium amber with a generous head. Mild malt aroma. Flavor is mild malt and hops. Great on cask. I think it’s misclassified here - I don’t think they’d call a lager an ale. More like an English pale ale or bitter.

May 27, 2007 On draft at PP Solana. Pours medium to dark amber, with little to no head. Seems more of an ale than a lager by color, aroma and flavor, but such as it is. Moderate toasty aroma with some light floral and citrus notes, and the flavor is much the same. This is certainly quaffable, but not outstanding in any way. Light body and crispy carbonation.
