Draught at Boulder Strong Ale Festival. Pours hazy dark yellow with an average, fizzy, white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, bread), average hops (flowers, grass), heavy yeast (dough, earth) with notes of grape, pear, apple, peach, coriander, and ginger. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter-dry finish. Average duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness.

Hazy golden. Aroma of yeasty spice and west coast IPA. Citrus, floral, and pine hops. Flavor is clove, fruity, yeast with a nice herbal bitterness in the finish. As it warms the yeast and spice take over the hops and a nice balance is created. My favorite of the night. Light on the palate with nice bitterness and a slight touch of alcohol.

On draft at the Solana Pizza Port. Poured a cloudy gold/yellow. Aroma was of pine, flowers and grapefruit. I picked up on more bubblegum than golubj, who didn’t think there was that much if at all. One of the better Belgian IPA type beers.

Draft @ Port Solana. Nose of grassey hops and Belgian yeast. A slightly hazed golden pour. The pallet held medium body and a lightly bitter finish.
