Tap at Carlsbad. I would drink this every day if I could. Nice dank hoppy aroma, some balancing but subdued malt, really great Simcoe character this season, fully hoppy but smooth... well done guys.

On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. Pours clear dark amber with a short lived white head. The nose is floral hops, citrus, white pepper and malt. The taste is orange rind, grapefruit, caramel and floral hops with some resin bite in the finish. Medium bodied. Really good APA. Lots of hop oils in this one.

On tap at Toronado San Diego. Clear medium amber color with a one finger white head. Aroma is fresh hops, earth, citrus, grapefruit, and some caramel malt. Flavor is similar to the aroma with earth, citrus, and pine, very freshly hopped, with a little caramel malt backbone, although the hops dominate. Long bitter hop finish with medium body. A real palate wrecker.

Tap at Toronado. Amber gold hue. Lovely pineapple grapefruit aromas. Medium body with flavors of dry hoppy bitterness. Tad bit of malty sweetness. Pretty dry on the finish. Tasty beer
